“i consulted with stela to do our wedding cake after having previously sampled and seen beautifully decorated and FLAVOured cakes for a couple of work functions, plus having noted her dedication to detail on works like “gingerbread city”, where architectural firms have come up with extravagant 3d gingerbread structures.

stela sat down with us to find out what our ideal wedding cake would consist of, the size and concept and came up with a number of suggestions to improve on our idea or make what we wanted more realistically achievable.

she was meticulous in her research, testing a few cake options before coming back to me a few weeks later with samples for approval as well as approximations of budget and quantities, leaving me very confident we had left this item of our wedding day in safe hands.

not only did stela deliver on taste and quantity on the day, the cake decoration exceeded what she had described she would be doing for us and we arrived at the venue to a beautifully laid table setting out the cakes amidst fresh flowers, simple, but also elegant and decadently spring like to match the season.
